Question 1) Must I create an account with LT's Ship Store if I want to order an item from the store?

Answer: Yes. In order to buy any item in this store you must create an account with LT's Ship Store.

Question 2) How do I order more than one of a particular item in the LT's Ship Store? For example, What if I want to order 10 Chestnut Hill Double-Wash Twill Caps?

Answer: First you would go to the page in the LT's Ship Store with the Chestnut Hill Double-Wash Twill Cap; choose your options for the cap; then click the "ADD TO CART" icon . You will then be taken to the "WHAT'S IN MY CART" page. If you want more than 1 item you would enter the amount of items you want into the "Qty" box and then click the "UPDATE" icon.

Question 3) Once I add items to my LT's Ship Store shopping cart, can I remove the item?

Answer: Yes. Click the "Cart Contents" in the menu system in the upper right hand corner of the shopping cart. You will be taken to the "WHAT'S IN MY CART" page.  In order to remove the item, check the "REMOVE" check box next to the item that you want to remove, and then click the "UPDATE" icon.

Question 4) Is it safe to use my credit card on your Lt's Ship Store shopping cart?

Answer: Yes! Absolutely! Today many millions of credit card transactions take place every day without a problem. At LT's Ship Store we use secure encryption(https), which means a very high level of security, when processing your credit card. We have chosen as our partner Authorize.net. Question 5) What is a "personalization"?

Answer: A "personalization" is text that is embroidered or screen-printed on a product that you purchase at LT's Ship Store.

Question 6) What is the charge for a personalization?

Answer: The fee for a personalization is based on the number characters in your text and what technique(screenprinting or embroidery) we use to place the personalization on the product(s) you have purchased. Currently we charge $5.00 per personalization.

Question 7) Is there a way to view my order history?

Answer:Yes, absolutely! Log in to your account. Towards the top right area of the main page at ltsshipstore.com you'll see 4 links: Log Off, My Account, Cart Contents, and Checkout. Choose the "My Account" option. You will be taken to a page where all your information is contained. On this page, below the words "My Account Information" (towards the top left area of the page) you'll see a link "show all orders". Click that link and you'll see a history of your orders.

Question 8) What are your shipping charges?

Answer: Our shipping charges are based on weights as defined by UPS.When you place your order you will have a number of shipping possiblities via UPS.
